The SCHWEISSKRAFT CLEANO 1 is the AC/DC device for electrochemical

treatment for steel, special steel and aluminum.

Most modern technology and an impressive procedure allow an entirely

new type of cleaning of welds. The disadvantages of mechanical and chemical

treatment will thus be stopped.

cleaning

The oxid film is easily removed without building edges. At the same time, the

place is passivated (protected from corrosion), which saves another working

cycle. Compared to cleaning and mordanting with acid, the process is considerably more reasonable. The chemicals used do not contain any hazardous materials and there is no mandate labelling obligation.

electropolishing

Grey edges (heat introduction zones) beside the weld caused by modifications

of the material, may easily be removed when welding. With this process you may polish special steel until it shines. Even for 3-dimensional mirror material, an even surface is produced.

dark marking

By reacting to an electrolyte in connection with a template produced according

to your requirements you may mark remanently in dead black graphs, trade

marks, type plates, machine numbers, scales, hand-writings and logos even on cylindrical components. The electrolyte is ph-neutral and does not require neutralization.
