Mounting
The system is either integrated into the viewing window by means of a screw flange or simply glued on without perforating the viewing window. This is possible without errors and even by untrained personnel thanks to a specially developed, process-safe bonding method with the aid of transparent step-by-step instructions. The installation can be carried out both in the OEM original equipment and without any problems subsequently. We recommend using the screw version in milling machines (polycarbonate panes) and the adhesive version in lathes (laminated safety glass panes).

The principle
A rotating disc flings water-miscible and non-water-miscible cooling lubricants and chips away to the outside. This means that the machine operator always has a clear view of the machining area - his safety is always guaranteed in accordance with the currently valid safety regulations.
