    • Simulation walls provide an innovative and effective solution for training students in machine operation and programming to accurately predict maintenance needs in order to optimize planned maintenance operations.
    • Simultaneous training: With multiple simulation walls, several students can be trained at the same time. This increases the efficiency of teaching and makes it possible to train more students in less time.
    • Flexibility in teaching: Simulation walls offer the opportunity to simulate different scenarios and applications. It allows students to make mistakes without risk and learn from them. This promotes a deeper understanding of machine operation and programming. Simulation walls promote interactive and hands-on learning methods that increase student engagement and make the learning process more effective.
    • Digital twins: We supply digital twins for all our Sinumerik 828 machines and Sinumerik One machines on customer request. These digital twins can be operated on the machine door and provide students with a realistic and interactive learning environment. Of course, digital twins from other companies can also be operated on our machine door.
    • Future-proofing: By using simulation walls and digital twins, students remain at the cutting edge of technology and are better prepared for the demands of the job market.
    • Control panel of the original machines: The two screens can be operated by touch.
    • Note: The Run My Virtual Machine 3D software from Siemens and the corresponding digital twin to be simulated are required for operation.
