    The STÜRMER Partner Portal for Our Listed Retail Partners

    The partner portal is aimed equally at personnel in the service, purchasing and marketing department as well as sales consultants in the field and in-house. They can receive important and very frequently requested information about their areas quickly and reliably without having to call someone and are therefore independent of our business hours.

    • Information about product availability in real time
    • Checking the order status
    • Transparency of all price data - Catalog prices, personalized purchasing prices for retail partners as well as promotional, purchase and sales prices; additional costs are explicitly stated
    • Access to spare parts lists
    • Access to technical descriptions and image data, e.g. for customer consultation or implementation into offers
    • Simplified complaint submission via online form
    • Status tracking of complaint processing
    • Overview of all seminar dates for retailers with online registration form
    • Special items from all areas
    • Optimized for use with desktop computers and mobile devices, giving access in the office, at the shop counter or directly at the customer
