When spare parts are needed, fast action is required. That's why we now offer our dealer partners the option of ordering all spare parts via our dealer partner portal. To do this, simply enter the article number or article designation of the relevant machine in the search field and you will receive a list of the associated spare parts. Of course, spare parts orders can still be placed by email or telephone. However, in order to be able to process your inquiries as quickly as possible, from now on spare part offers with a value of up to 200 € will no longer be issued. These can only be ordered directly via our partner portal, by email or by phone.
