Securely fix workpieces with the clamping systems from Unicraft

Unmanageable workpieces, the transmission of large forces or the lack of a “third hand” when working: The fixing of workpieces is necessary in many ways before using a saw or drill. First and foremost, from a safety point of view, workpieces should always be securely fixed before machining, regardless of their properties - especially when electrical machines are used. With the clamping systems from Unicraft, you can no longer slip and your workpieces remain securely in place at all times, even when great force is applied.

Swiveling perforated grid plate for maximum flexibility

A flexible mounting plate, such as the perforated grid plate HPL 1200 x 800 mm, forms the basis for secure fixing. With its 192 holes, the plate offers a wide range of options for fixing clamping systems and accessories as required. The precisely drilled holes with a diameter of 20 mm and a table load capacity of 300 kg ensure an ideal work flow in daily use. Thanks to a swiveling table, the mounting plate can be enlarged to an area of 160 x 120 cm in no time at all.

Support rail - the plus in precision

Workpiece processing is even more convenient if you equip the perforated grid plate with the optionally available support rail. When you place your workpiece on the rail, there is no direct contact between the plate and the workpiece and you can comfortably drill or saw without damaging the mounting plate. With a length of 120 cm, the support rail can also increase the work surface by positioning it so that it extends beyond the table. The support rail can be fixed in the holes of the multifunction table with two clamping bolts without tools and always holds the workpiece securely in place thanks to an innovative anti-slip covering. As a further version, the support rail is also available with a diagonally movable lifting device, which allows free rotation and new placement of the workpiece with a single handle.

Increase efficiency with additional clamping elements

A large number of optionally available clamping elements enable you to work not only extremely precisely, but above all efficiently. Because if you perform the same operation over and over again, you set up the clamping device only once and can then clamp and unclamp the workpieces in the shortest possible time. In order to precisely position workpieces with different clamping widths, there is for example a horizontal clamp available, which is conveniently fixed on the table from above. A vertical clamp is also available, which can be used to easily process workpieces with different material thicknesses.
